A living blueprint · Seed of Life

SoL Village
grows from a seed.

Not a collection of buildings, but a living pattern of belonging. The Seed of Life is where the vision began — a reminder that the land, the community, the way we build and live, and the deeper patterns beneath it all are not separate things. They nourish one another.

The seven-circle Seed of Life is the organizing inspiration. Numbered places are illustrative and must be adapted to the actual land, ecology, access, and community needs — not treated as surveyed locations.

Beyond the map

A village is made of ordinary moments.

✿

To arrive and belong

You come through the village store, hear people greeting one another, discover what is growing, and find a way to take part without needing to know everyone already.

☼

To learn by doing

A child follows a garden bed through the seasons. A builder tests a natural material. A grower shares a harvest. Knowledge moves between generations rather than staying behind a gate.

⌂

To rest and be cared for

An elder can remain part of village life. A visitor can step away from noise. Neighbors can share meals and practical help while each person still has privacy and choice.

Beyond the numbered zones

Find your place in the pattern.

A village is experienced through the life we bring to it. These pathways connect places that may sit in different circles but belong to the same living system. Choose a perspective to follow its story.

These are imagined perspectives to help shape the vision—not claims about current residents, services, or facilities. Education/Spirit/Knowledge, the central Commons, residential homes, and the ecological buffer remain important program threads to be placed through the Seed of Life design rather than erased by the current 13-zone list.

"We are not here to conquer the land or to possess the future. We are here to participate in both with humility."
